About Us

Carl Toro is the owner and operator of Toro Landscape Hardscape. A Nevada City resident since 2004, Carl’s landscape and concrete experience began in Sacramento in 1986. Along with years of experience, Carl has the creativity that lets him see a space, hear a customer’s needs, and envision designs that combine the best of aesthetic appeal and functionality. He has high standards for himself and his crew, and the resulting durability and beauty of the work, along with the satisfaction of his clients, stand as testament to that.
